芹菜
芹菜,屬傘形科植物。有水芹、旱芹、西芹三種,功能相近,藥用以旱芹為佳。旱芹香氣較濃,稱"藥芹"。但是和香菜不是一個(gè)種,芹菜富含蛋白質(zhì)、碳水化合物、胡蘿卜素、B族維生素、鈣、磷、鐵、鈉等,同時(shí),具有有平肝清熱,祛風(fēng)利濕,除煩消腫,涼血止血,解毒宣肺,健胃利血、清腸利便、潤(rùn)肺止咳、降低血壓、健腦鎮(zhèn)靜的功效。常吃芹菜,尤其是吃芹菜葉,對(duì)預(yù)防高血壓、動(dòng)脈硬化等都十分有益,并有輔助治療作用。

據(jù)現(xiàn)代科學(xué)分析,每100克芹菜中含有蛋白質(zhì)2.2克、脂肪0.3克、糖類1.9克、鈣160毫克、磷61毫克、鐵8.5毫克,還含有胡蘿卜素和其他多種B族維生素。芹菜營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富,含有較多的鈣,磷、鐵及胡蘿卜素、維生索C、維生素P等, *以來(lái)既作食用,又作藥用。芹菜性味甘涼,具有清胃滌痰,祛風(fēng)理氣,利口齒爽咽喉,清盱明目和降壓的功效。此外,芹菜中含有豐富的揮發(fā)性芳香油,既能增 進(jìn)食欲、促進(jìn)血液循環(huán),還能起到醒腦提神的食療效用。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為,芹菜性甘涼,具有清熱、利尿、降壓、祛脂等功效。入藥用,水煎飲服或搗汁外敷,可輔助治療 早期高血壓、高血脂癥、支氣管炎、肺結(jié)核、咳嗽、頭痛、失眠、經(jīng)血過(guò)多、功能性子宮出血、小便不利、肺胃積熱、小兒麻疹、痄腮等癥。
