AGITATOR DESIGNS

Three standard agitator edsigns are availlable: Continuous ribbon, interrupted ribbon and paddle.They can be arranged for

either or end discharge.

連續(xù)式螺條用于中心出料

這種設(shè)計可以迅速達到均質(zhì)混合的效果。外部的螺條將物料移到中

心位置。內(nèi)部的螺條將物料推到端板，兩者使物料作輻射狀運動。

Continuous ribbon.arrang for center discharge

Most universal design,produces homogeneous blends

quinkly.Quter ribbons move materials toward center. Inner ribbons

move materials toward endplates. Both Provide radial movemet

of materials.

連續(xù)式螺條用于底部出料

外部的螺條將物料移到中心位置，內(nèi)部的螺條將物料推到一定的位

置，兩者使物料作輻射狀運動。

Continuous ribbon, arranged for end discharge

Out ribbons move materials toward discharge end. Inner ribbons

Move materials in opposite direction, Both provide radial mvement of

materials.

打斷式螺條

提供與連續(xù)式螺條相同的物料運動形式，只需要很小的動力．因此

廣泛應(yīng)用于高密度物料。

lerrupted ribbon

Provides same basic action as continuous ribbon agitat.Requires

slightly less power, therefore, is geneally applied for materials having

higher bulk density.

槳葉

當(dāng)機器被應(yīng)用于不或的間歇式操作時，這種混合設(shè)計是極

好的選擇，在最小負(fù)載的情況下啊也可以獲得的混合。

Paddle

Where the machine will be used for both partial full Batches, this

agitator is an excellent choice. An efficient blend is Obtained even

with minimalloads。
