一、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵產(chǎn)品概述
美國(guó)尼科NICO進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵采用優(yōu)秀的水力模型,根據(jù)離心泵之性能參數(shù)和臥式離心泵的結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計(jì),并嚴(yán)格按照API進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)制造,該熱水管道泵產(chǎn)品軸封選用硬質(zhì)合金機(jī)械密封裝置,具有高效節(jié)能、性能可靠、安裝使用方便等特點(diǎn)。進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵讓液體充滿增壓泵的內(nèi)部,接著讓離心泵正常工作,這時(shí),葉輪會(huì)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度非常的快,增壓泵的液體會(huì)隨著葉輪葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),內(nèi)部液體也會(huì)隨著葉輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)隨之溜走,與此同時(shí),葉輪重新向吸入室吸收液體。就是這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中,葉片將葉輪中液體繞它轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),在這個(gè)流動(dòng)的過(guò)程中液體作用產(chǎn)生升力,接著就會(huì)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)反作用力,這個(gè)反作用力作用于液體,進(jìn)而使液體得到相應(yīng)的能量,也就是對(duì)這個(gè)液體做功,液體就會(huì)流出葉輪,這時(shí)葉輪內(nèi)的液體的動(dòng)能會(huì)增加,它的動(dòng)能因此也會(huì)增加,這就是增壓泵的工作原理。

三、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵主要特點(diǎn)
運(yùn)行平穩(wěn):泵軸的同心度及葉輪優(yōu)異的動(dòng)靜平衡,保證平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行,振動(dòng)。
滴水不漏:不同材質(zhì)的硬質(zhì)合金密封,保證了不同介質(zhì)輸送均無(wú)泄漏。
噪音低:兩個(gè)低噪音的軸承支撐下的水泵,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),除電機(jī)微弱聲響,基本無(wú)噪音。
故障率低:結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單合理,關(guān)鍵部分采用品質(zhì)配套,整機(jī)工作時(shí)間大大提高。
維修方便:更換密封、軸承、簡(jiǎn)易方便。

四、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)圖
從上圖進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)圖可以看出離心泵由1.底板2.泵體3.葉輪4.泵蓋5.機(jī)械密封6.主軸7.擋水圈8.電機(jī)等配件構(gòu)成。
1.底板:離心水泵底板可以支撐泵體和電機(jī),起到支撐固定的作用。便于安裝與穩(wěn)固。
2.泵體:吸入室和壓出室采用優(yōu)異的水力模型設(shè)計(jì)制造而成。
3.葉輪:葉輪采用水力模型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使空調(diào)離心水泵效率高,性能強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
4.泵蓋:泵蓋由金屬或者塑料制成,形狀各異,圓形的使用的居多。
5.機(jī)械密封:使用硬質(zhì)合金、不銹鋼、氟橡膠等材料構(gòu)成,是易磨損件。
6.主軸:電機(jī)或者發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)接受動(dòng)力并且把主軸傳遞給其他配件的軸。
7.擋水圈:可以避免離心泵密封出現(xiàn)漏水情況,不會(huì)使水進(jìn)入電機(jī)。
8.電機(jī):NK系列電機(jī)由美國(guó)尼科NICO電機(jī),直接和水泵相連傳遞動(dòng)力。

放氣塞:灌泵時(shí)排凈泵內(nèi)空氣,保證了泵的正常啟動(dòng)。
葉輪:采用優(yōu)秀的水力模型設(shè)計(jì)而成,具有高效率,可靠性好等特點(diǎn)。
電動(dòng)機(jī):直接與水泵聯(lián)接傳送動(dòng)力。
泵軸:與電機(jī)同軸,為電機(jī)加長(zhǎng)軸,確保了軸的同心,使泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。無(wú)噪音和振動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,采用鍍鉻處理,增強(qiáng)了使用壽命。
擋水圈:防止因密封漏水而使電機(jī)進(jìn)水。
機(jī)械密封:采用不銹鋼、碳化鎢、氟橡膠等材料制成。平衡式耐高溫。高壓機(jī)械密封,運(yùn)行壽命長(zhǎng),不滲漏,對(duì)軸無(wú)磨損,不積水垢,保證工作環(huán)境的整潔。
取壓塞:可安裝壓力表直觀監(jiān)控泵的正常高效運(yùn)行
六、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵主要使用范圍
1、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵廣泛適用于:冶金、化工、紡織、造紙以及賓館飯店等鍋爐熱水增壓離心輸送及城市采暖系統(tǒng),iswr型使用溫度t≤120℃。
2、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵供輸送清水及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于清水的其它液體之用,適用于工業(yè)和城市給排水、高層建筑增壓送水、園林噴灌、消防增壓、遠(yuǎn)距離輸送、暖通制冷離心、浴室等冷暖水離心增壓及設(shè)備配套,使用溫度t≤80℃。
3、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵供輸送汽油、煤油、柴油等油類產(chǎn)品或易燃、易爆液體,被輸送介質(zhì)溫度為-20~+120℃。
4、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵供輸送不含固體顆粒,具有腐蝕性、粘度類似于水的液體,適用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、造紙、食品制藥和合成纖維等部門(mén),使用溫度為-20℃~+120℃。
七、進(jìn)口臥式增壓離心泵工作條件
1、吸入壓力≤1.6MPa,或泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力≤1.6MPa,即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤1.6MPa、泵靜壓試驗(yàn)壓力為2.5MPa,訂貨時(shí)請(qǐng)注明系統(tǒng)工作壓力。泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力大于1.6MPa時(shí)應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)另行提出,以便在制造時(shí)泵的過(guò)流部分和聯(lián)接部分采用鑄鋼材料。
2、環(huán)境溫度<40℃,相對(duì)濕度<95%。
3、所輸送介質(zhì)中固體顆粒體積含量不超過(guò)單位體積的0.1%,粒度<0.2mm。
注:如使用介質(zhì)為帶有細(xì)小顆粒,請(qǐng)?jiān)谟嗀洉r(shí)注明,以便本廠采用耐磨式機(jī)械密封。
