設備概述：

反滲透純水制備系統(tǒng)，是以自來水作為原水，先經(jīng)過前置預處理（軟化器可不選），再經(jīng)過RO反滲透處理。經(jīng)過一系列處理后，可去除水中的顆粒、膠體、有機雜質(zhì)、重金屬離子、細菌、病毒、熱源等有害物質(zhì)及99%的溶解鹽，系統(tǒng)脫鹽率高達96-99%使出水電導率達到≤10μs/cm。排放的副產(chǎn)物--濃水對環(huán)境無害，是一項符合環(huán)保要求的分離技術。無需過多的考慮進水水質(zhì)的穩(wěn)定性，反滲透系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)水水質(zhì)可在不耗用任何再生物質(zhì)的前提下，長期保持穩(wěn)定，這是其最重要的特性之一。

Equipment Summarize:

Reverse osmosis system is using city water as raw water, then treat water by Pres-filter (water softener is optional),reverse osmosis membrane. It can remove particle,colloid organic impurity,heavy metal ion,Bactria , virus in water,ａnd it can also remove 99% dissolved salt,

The whole system desalination rate can reach 96%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10μs/cm。Dense water also won't polluted environment. Reveres,osmosis equipment no need to consider about input water quality too much. And the main features of RO equipment are no need to do any regeneration,it can be kept stable for long time.

系統(tǒng)控制與性能：

★低壓開關保護高壓泵不會因供水停止而損壞。

★高效率、低噪音的高壓泵，降低運行噪音，減少能耗。

★產(chǎn)水電導率表連續(xù)監(jiān)視產(chǎn)水水質(zhì)。

★進水及排水壓力表，連續(xù)監(jiān)測反滲透膜的壓差，提示何時需要清洗。

★自動停水閥以避免停機時水繼續(xù)流入。

System performance

★ Inlet water solenoid valve to stop water when machine stops.

反滲透預處理的作用：

預處理常由石英砂過濾裝置、活性炭過濾裝置、軟化過濾器、保安過濾器組成，主要目的是去除原水中含有的泥沙、鐵銹、膠體物質(zhì)、懸浮物； 色度、異味、生化有機物；降低水的余氯值及農(nóng)藥污染等有害的物質(zhì)。如果原水中鈣鎂離子含量較高時，還需增加軟水裝置，從而延長反滲透膜的使用壽命。

FUNCTION OF PRETREATMENT FILTERS:

Are-treatment filters always contain quartz sａnd filter,activated carbon filter,water softener and the security filter. Main purpose is to remove sludge,rust,colloid,suspended solids,color,odor,biochemical organic impurity in raw water.And pres-filters can also reduce water residual chlorine and pesticide and other harmful solutions.if raw water in high hardness,we will need to add water softener to protect reverse osmosis membrane.

反滲透設備基本原理：

反滲透技術是當今和有效的分離技術之一，其原理是在高于

溶液滲透壓的壓力作用下，借助于只允許水分子透過而不允許其他物質(zhì)透過的半透膜的選擇截留作用，將溶液中的溶質(zhì)與溶劑分離。利用反滲透膜的分離特性，可以有效地去除水中的溶解鹽、膠體、有機物、細菌、微生物等雜質(zhì)，具有能耗低，無污染、工藝、操作維護簡便等優(yōu)點。

該產(chǎn)品近20年得到迅猛發(fā)展，其應用領域從早期的脫鹽擴展到化工、醫(yī)藥、電子、電力、生物、飲料等行業(yè)溶液分離、純水制備、物料濃縮、廢水處理與回用等。
