HUMOR 20
高精度濕度發(fā)生器
Humor 20的工作范圍為10-95%RH，既可用于圓柱形探頭變送器的校準(zhǔn)（如變送器、手持表等），也可用于墻裝方形變送器的校準(zhǔn)（如數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀、墻面安裝儀表等）。在發(fā)生器的測(cè)量室中，還安裝有溫度傳感器，用戶可對(duì)被測(cè)儀器的溫度值進(jìn)行單點(diǎn)比對(duì)。
根據(jù)Humor 20的雙壓法工作原理，它在普通的實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境中就能正常工作，而無(wú)需昂貴的全空調(diào)環(huán)境。儀器操作非常簡(jiǎn)便，工作時(shí)只需要蒸餾水、10bar壓力的無(wú)油壓縮空氣和90-230V AC的電源。設(shè)備本身提供校準(zhǔn)儀表所需的24V DC直流電源，與變送器端子的接線快捷方便。
Humor 20使用傳統(tǒng)的雙壓法工作原理，這與各個(gè)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室中的測(cè)試儀器相類似。

該濕度校準(zhǔn)裝置由一個(gè)校準(zhǔn)槽和一個(gè)可選的E+E濕度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工具組成，可快速有效的校準(zhǔn)直徑為10-12mm的濕度測(cè)量探頭。
該工具操作簡(jiǎn)單，即使不是專業(yè)的技術(shù)人員也可方便的進(jìn)行操作。
濕度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
E+E標(biāo)準(zhǔn)濕度溶液為不飽和鹽溶液，每一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液含有5瓶或50瓶密封的安瓶溶液，可存儲(chǔ)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。鹽溶液無(wú)毒，使用四并不需要帶上特殊的防護(hù)手套。

The E+E Humidity Standards are non-saturated salt solutions available in sets of five or fifty single-use ampoules, which may be stored an indefinite time.
The salt solutions are non-harmful, handling them does not require specific safety measures. Safety data sheet is available upon request.
Each E+E Humidity Standard Set is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate, issued by the Austrian National Metrology Institute (NMI).
