開(kāi)口袋包裝機(jī)
- 實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)上袋、灌裝功能一體化，占地空間小。
- 適用于PE袋、鋁箔袋、編織袋、牛皮紙紙袋、紙塑復(fù)合袋等不同包裝袋，后端可配置縫包或熱合等封口裝置。
- 除塵設(shè)計(jì)能同時(shí)適用顆粒和粉料，使作業(yè)環(huán)境更潔凈。
- 人機(jī)界面可實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，并保存相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)供查閱。
Open-mouth Packer
- Realize the integrated functions of automatic bag supplying and filling. The equipment occupies a small space,
- It is suitable for different packaging bags such as PE bags, aluminum foil bags, woven bags, kraft paper bags, paper-plastic composite bags, etc. The back end can be equipped with sealing devices such as sewing or heat sealing.
- The equipment with dust removal design can be applied to both particles and powder materials, making the working environment cleaner.
- The HMI can monitor the running status of the equipment in real time and save relevant data for reference.
?工作流程

預(yù)放空袋?Pre-place Empty Bags
同時(shí)放置 2~3 堆預(yù)制袋，為包裝機(jī)提供包裝袋。

空袋提取?Take Empty bag
負(fù)壓吸袋機(jī)構(gòu)吸取袋底，同時(shí)卷簾式口袋傳輸結(jié)構(gòu)將口袋拉平并傳輸?shù)介_(kāi)袋工位。

打開(kāi)袋口?Open Empty bag
開(kāi)袋機(jī)構(gòu)同時(shí)對(duì)口袋正、反兩面進(jìn)行負(fù)壓吸取，上面負(fù)壓吸住袋口提升，然后灌裝口兩側(cè)的“插刀"結(jié)構(gòu)通過(guò)連軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)插入打開(kāi)的口袋內(nèi)并向兩側(cè)撐開(kāi)。

自動(dòng)上袋?Supply Empty bag
通過(guò)提升插刀手臂將包裝袋送入夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)，完成上袋操作。夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)將包裝袋兩側(cè)夾緊，防止粉塵的外溢。

物料灌裝?Material Filling
PLC給信號(hào)給自動(dòng)稱重單元，將稱重單元的物料放入包裝袋。灌裝過(guò)程中，進(jìn)行底部振實(shí)。同時(shí)通過(guò)外部的除塵接口，將放料過(guò)程中的物料所形成的粉塵抽走。

抱袋封口?Holding bag and Sealing
放料完成后，通過(guò)抱袋輸送機(jī)構(gòu)，將包裝袋的袋口水平夾緊，水平輸送至導(dǎo)入機(jī)構(gòu)，將料袋輸送至封口工位自動(dòng)封口。
