FFS包裝機(jī)
- 制袋、灌裝、封口功能一體化，占地空間小，安裝快速便捷。
- M型PE重包裝膜卷，采用熱合封口方式，加熱條和溫度控制器均為德國(guó)進(jìn)口，可分段加熱。袋子尺寸可按需求調(diào)節(jié)。
- 防塵設(shè)計(jì)能同時(shí)適用顆粒和粉料。同時(shí)可配置多種喂料稱重系統(tǒng)，適用多種產(chǎn)品的包裝。
- 人機(jī)界面可實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，并保存相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)供查閱。模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，便于功能擴(kuò)展。
Form-Fill-Sealing Packer
- Functions of Making bags, filling and sealing are integrated. The equipment occupies a small space, which can be installed quickly and conveniently.
- M-type PE heavy packaging film rolls are heat-sealed. The heating strips and temperature controllers are imported from Germany and can be heated in sections.The size of the bag can be adjusted as required.
- The equipment with dust removal design can be applied to both particles and powders. At the same time, it can be equipped with a variety of feeding and weighing systems, suitable for packaging a variety of products.
- The HMI can monitor the running status of the equipment in real time and save relevant data for reference.

膜卷支撐?Roll Film Support
蝸輪蝸桿升降機(jī)控制膜卷自動(dòng)升降, 便于換膜。

角封 ?Corner Sealing
角封可手動(dòng)對(duì)稱調(diào)節(jié)，滿足不同袋寬需求。角封溫度可根據(jù)需要隨時(shí)更改。

袋長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié) ?Bag Length Adjustment
減速電機(jī)帶動(dòng)絲桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使角封中心位于袋底和袋尾交界處，滿足袋長(zhǎng)的調(diào)節(jié)范圍。

送膜制袋 ?Convey Film and Make Bags
通過(guò)伺服電機(jī)送膜至袋長(zhǎng)，切刀對(duì)底封后的袋子從膜卷上切斷，完成制袋。

旋轉(zhuǎn)送袋 ?Rotary Bag Delivery
夾持機(jī)構(gòu)將空袋從底封送膜處送至開(kāi)袋機(jī)構(gòu)。

開(kāi)袋 ?Open Bag
真空吸盤在真空泵的作用下對(duì)開(kāi)打開(kāi)袋口。

上袋 ?Supply Bag
上袋手爪插入袋口，撐袋氣缸將袋口撐開(kāi)，并將袋口套在料門機(jī)構(gòu)上，由料門機(jī)構(gòu)夾持住袋口。

灌裝 ?Filling
稱重機(jī)構(gòu)中稱重好的物料放下落入袋中。灌裝口處設(shè)有截料器和除塵通道，可滿足潔凈包裝要求。

擺臂 ?Swing Arm
擺臂將滿袋袋口整平，并把滿袋從料門機(jī)構(gòu)送至口封機(jī)構(gòu)。

口封 ?Mouth Sealing
口封機(jī)構(gòu)夾持住袋口對(duì)袋口進(jìn)行口封。

振實(shí)輸送 ?Vibration and Delivery
振實(shí)機(jī)構(gòu)位于灌裝口下方，在灌裝物料過(guò)程中對(duì)袋內(nèi)物料振實(shí)，使袋型飽滿，再將料袋輸送至下一工位。
