該機采用特殊三通灌裝閥，適用于水劑和膏霜類產(chǎn)品的灌裝，特別對高粘度物料（如濃醬、辣椒醬、番茄醬、種衣劑、微乳劑、懸浮劑等）的效果比較明顯，且精度高。該機采用PLC可編程控制，配以6英寸觸摸屏人機界面系統(tǒng)，實行自動進瓶，自動灌裝，自動出瓶，電器，氣動元部件均采用國際品牌，確保了出色的質(zhì)量和持久穩(wěn)定的性能。本設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作方便，是國內(nèi)理想的針對高粘度物料的灌裝設(shè)備。該機配備了防止滴漏與拉絲的灌裝悶頭，確保灌裝完畢后無滴漏，無拉絲。
