干式螺桿真空泵能在大氣壓限壓力的全范圍內(nèi)持續(xù)運行。單泵運行極限真空度可以達到1Pa，并且效率。

The dry vacuum pumps can operate continuously in all the ranges of pressure from atmosphere to the ultimate pressure, and it can reach at 0.0075Torr(1Pa) by itself and has a high efficiency.

防腐蝕設計      Corrosion Resistance Design

- 經(jīng)過特殊涂層（PTFE、PFA、Ni、NIFA等）處理可以用于輸送有毒、有腐蝕性和可凝性的氣體。

Suitable for pumping Toxic, Corrosive and condensable gas by special coating(PTFE, PFA, Ni, NIFA).
