特點(diǎn):

1.采用后彎離心設(shè)計(jì)理念，反復(fù)經(jīng)CFD流場模擬優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，不過載、效率高、氣流穩(wěn)定；

2.風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪都經(jīng)過動態(tài)平衡試驗(yàn)，達(dá)到G4.0的平衡等級；

3.葉片等離子切割工藝，精密夾具定位，半自動焊接平臺，焊接牢固美觀，每個葉輪經(jīng)時效去應(yīng)力處理， 運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠；

4.傳動形式直聯(lián)，聯(lián)軸器或皮帶驅(qū)動；

5.風(fēng)機(jī)表面經(jīng)過打磨清理，除去焊渣、 毛刺、銳邊、 油污，經(jīng)高溫環(huán)氧樹脂噴涂；

6.風(fēng)機(jī)軸應(yīng)是通過精車調(diào)質(zhì)處理的，其負(fù)載應(yīng)大于風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行速度的150%，軸應(yīng)當(dāng)加軸護(hù)罩。皮帶輪為SP系列帶輪，按照功率的150%選型，皮帶輪、皮帶配置有護(hù)罩；

7.蝸殼自帶檢修門，方便葉輪及蝸殼除垢；

8.蝸殼可選出風(fēng)方向；

9.材質(zhì)可選：CS/304/304L/316L等。

Characteristics:

1. Back curved centrifugal blade is simulated and optimized repeatedly through CFD flow field, with features of non-overloading, high efficiency and stable flow;

2. Each impeller is dynamically and statically balanced to G4.0;

3. With plasma cutting technology, precise central positioning, semi-automatic welding platform, excellent welding ,as well asinner stress diminishing treatment, each impeller runs smoothly and reliably;

4. Direct drive, coupling or belt drive are available;

5. The surface is treated with high temperature epoxy resin spray after grinding, removal of slag, burr, and dust pollution;

6. The shaft should be tempered and polished with a maximum load more than 150% of the maximum speed of the fan, and the shaft should be covered with a shaft shield; Belt pulley is SP belt wheel, selected according to over 150% of power, belt wheel and belt are equipped with protective cover;

7. The housing is self-equipped with access door for ease of clean and dirt removal;

8. The housing is available for different discharge directions;

9. Material optional: CS/304/304L/316L and so on.
