氟塑料磁力泵簡(jiǎn)稱為磁力泵,采用磁力耦合傳動(dòng),不存在動(dòng)密封點(diǎn),因此*杜絕了一般軸傳動(dòng)式離心泵軸封外跑、冒、滴、漏的現(xiàn)象的塑料磁力泵類型。氟塑料磁力泵過(guò)流部件采用氟塑料及高純度工業(yè)陶瓷制成,具有優(yōu)異的耐腐性及密封性,因此本產(chǎn)品被廣泛適用于化工、制酸、制堿、冶煉、稀土、農(nóng)藥、染料、醫(yī)藥、造紙、電鍍、電解、酸洗、無(wú)線電、化成箔、科研機(jī)構(gòu)。氟塑料磁力泵可輸送介質(zhì):輸送任意濃度的酸性、堿性、油類、稀有貴重液體、毒性液體、揮發(fā)性的化學(xué)介質(zhì)。特別是易燃、易漏、易爆液體化學(xué)介質(zhì)的輸送。自吸結(jié)構(gòu)和磁力傳動(dòng)技術(shù),并經(jīng)過(guò)公司技術(shù)人員反復(fù)研究試驗(yàn)而成功的*產(chǎn)品,具有自吸性能、腐蝕、無(wú)泄漏等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。自吸塑料磁力泵采用外混式軸向回水結(jié)構(gòu),泵體由吸液室、儲(chǔ)液室、蝸殼、回流孔、氣液分離室等組成,見(jiàn)示意圖。泵啟動(dòng)后在離心力的作用下,吸水室中的剩余液體與進(jìn)液管路中的空氣被葉輪攪拌成氣水混合物,混合物經(jīng)蝸殼進(jìn)入氣液分離室,隨著流速的減慢,導(dǎo)致氣水分離,空氣由泵出液口排出,液經(jīng)回水孔返回泵內(nèi),經(jīng)過(guò)多次循環(huán),進(jìn)液管道中的空氣被排凈,使泵內(nèi)形成一定的真空度,達(dá)到自吸的作用。 自吸塑料泵以靜密封取代動(dòng)密封,使過(guò)流部件處于*密封狀態(tài),過(guò)流部件的材料均采用耐腐蝕納米聚丙烯為主要材料.塑料自吸磁力泵使用范圍廣,耐腐蝕性能強(qiáng),使用方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn).該泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,外形美觀,體積小,噪音低,運(yùn)行可靠,廣泛應(yīng)用于石油,化工,制藥,印染,電鍍,食品,環(huán)保等企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程中輸送不含顆粒雜質(zhì)的腐蝕性液體,尤其適用于易燃,易暴,易揮發(fā),有毒和貴重液體的輸送.
