一、工作原理與應(yīng)用范圍介紹
Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
將物料放入箱體內(nèi)的加熱管架上的料盤內(nèi),然后抽呈真空狀態(tài)。物料在真空狀態(tài)下受熱干燥,速率會(huì)大大加快,同時(shí)也節(jié)省了能源。物料在少氧、真空狀態(tài)下脫水干燥出來的產(chǎn)品在色、香、味等方面優(yōu)于有氧熱風(fēng)干燥。物料中排出的溶劑可通過冷凝器加以回收利用。
方形真空干燥機(jī)、圓形真空干燥機(jī)適用于狀態(tài)不穩(wěn)定物料以及熱敏性物料的烘干脫水。由于真空箱內(nèi)部與外界隔絕,干燥過程接觸氧的機(jī)會(huì)比傳統(tǒng)熱風(fēng)干燥少,能有效保護(hù)物料氧化的破壞作用。非常適用于回收溶劑的物料干燥以及在干燥工程中有排出有毒、有刺激性氣體的物料的干燥與回收處理。屬于靜態(tài)干燥,故干燥物料的形體不會(huì)損壞。工作時(shí)將粉狀、顆粒狀、塊狀、膏糊物料以及濃縮液置于烘盤中進(jìn)行烘干。該機(jī)為分批次間歇干燥生產(chǎn)方式。
The materials to be dried are placed in the tray on the heating pipe frame in the oven, and the oven will be vacuumized. The drying speed under vacuum state will be increased, thus to save energy. The products dehydrated and dried in the mionectic and vacuum state will be better than that dried by hot air as to the color, smell and taste. The solvent discharged by the materials may be recycled by condenser.
The square/round vacuum drier is applicable to the drying and dehydration of unstable and heat-sensitive materials. For the inside of vacuum chamber is isolated from the outside, the opportunity to contact with oxygen during the drying is less than that of traditional hot air drying, effectively protecting the materials from oxidative damage. It is applicable to material drying of recovered solvent, and drying and recycling of material with poisonous and irritating gas discharged during the drying. The shape of materials to be dried will not be damaged for it is static drying. The powder, particle, bulk and paste materials and concentrated solution will be placed in the baking tray for drying. The intermittent drying in batch is adopted by the equipment.
