雙效外循環(huán)濃縮器概述.
◆節(jié)能效益.按SN- -1000型計(jì)算,年節(jié)約蒸(3500噸左右,節(jié)約水9萬噸左右,節(jié)約電8萬度左右,折人民幣10-15萬元, (與單效對(duì)比)。
◆本濃縮器采用負(fù)壓外加熱自然循環(huán)式的蒸發(fā)方式,蒸發(fā)速度快,濃縮比重大,可達(dá)1.2(- -般中藥浸膏。
◆本濃縮器采用二效同時(shí)蒸發(fā),二次蒸汽得到使用，耗能總量與單效濃縮器相比降低50% , -年的節(jié)能費(fèi)可收回本濃縮器的全部投資。
◆本濃縮器與材料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作,符合GMP要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。外形美觀,加熱器、蒸發(fā)器外均設(shè)有保溫層,保溫層外用不銹鋼板制外殼，表面做鏡面或亞光處理。
