德國托普進口真空球閥產(chǎn)品作用：
1.開關(guān)氣路，當(dāng)閥1和閥4關(guān)閉，閥2打開時，機械真空泵Ⅲ對容器I抽真空，氣流流經(jīng)預(yù)真空抽氣管路；當(dāng)閥2關(guān)閉，閥4打開時，機械泵可單獨對擴散泵抽真空；當(dāng)閥1和閥4同時打開時，擴散泵和機械泵可同時工作，對容器進行抽空，此時氣流流經(jīng)擴散泵。可見，閥門在這種操作中的作用是開關(guān)氣路，改變氣流的流經(jīng)路線。
2.控制氣流大小，調(diào)節(jié)真空度在圖1中，調(diào)節(jié)閥1的閥蓋開啟角度，即可調(diào)節(jié)流經(jīng)管路的氣流量大??；關(guān)閉閥2和閥4，通過放氣閥3可以給機械泵Ⅲ的入口放成大氣；通過放氣閥5可以調(diào)節(jié)容器內(nèi)的真空度。
3.定量充氣，在玻璃閥的柱塞上有個一定體積的小洞，當(dāng)小洞轉(zhuǎn)向右邊和高壓氣瓶連通時，小洞中就可充滿高壓氣體；當(dāng)它轉(zhuǎn)向左邊和真空容器連通時，就把該體積的高壓氣體放進容器中去，這樣就起到了定量充氣的作用。
4.真空閥門的種類繁多，通常按閥門的職能、結(jié)構(gòu)型式、驅(qū)動方式、材料和用途進行分類。
