The product range of resistance thermometers of EPHY-MESS is classified into 4 segments. The temperature detectors are differentiated by its design - the housing or the customizing of the Pt-100 sensors.

Standard types

Cable resistance thermometer type (M-xx/xSH)
Temperature sensor type xx (xx=look at precision resistors) single (ESH) or double (DSH) insulated with shrinking tube and fix connected supply line by 2, 3 or 4 conductor circuitry.

Cable resistance thermometer type (M-xx/MH)
Temperature sensor built in a stainless steel sleeve, with fix connected supply line by 2, 3 or 4 conductor circuitry.

Cable resistance thermometer type(M-xx/KH)

Screw in thermometer type (xESWT-EM24/38),
One (x=E) or two (x=D) temperature sensors built in a stainless steele protection tube, diameter 6mm (standard). Compact connection head type EM24/EM38 with clamp socket and / or fix connected cable. The number (24/38) indicates the diameter of the used connection head. For the assembly we deliver shiftable or fix screwings matching to the protection tube diameter. On request both versions are available with ATEX approval and sealed connection heads

Screw in thermometer type (xESWT-y),
One (x=E) or two (x=D) temperature sensors built in a stainless steel protection tube with connection head form A (y=A) or B (y=B). Electively with fix or movable screwing.

Bayonet plug-in thermometer (xESWT-BV),

One (x=E) or two (x=D) temperature sensors built in a stainless steel sleeve with fix connected supply line. Electively with straight or square cable exit. The connection is arranged by 2, 3 or 4 conductor circuitry. At the plug-in of the detector into the assigned borehole and locking of the bayonet-joint, a defined contact pressure is created, which guarantees a very good thermal interconnection.

Jacket resistance thermometer type (WT-MI),

Into a metallic protection sleeve a measurement resistor is inserted and tightly pressed into ceramic powder. This sleeve is lengthened with a bendable, mineral insulated line (MI-line) up to the desired final measure and the line ends are ready-made according to the customer's request. The supply lines are insulated against the jacket.
