三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機,與二葉型相比,氣體脈動性小,振動也小,噪聲低。羅茨風(fēng)機如果根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)來進行分類,可以分為三葉型羅茨風(fēng)機,和二葉型羅茨風(fēng)機,三葉型羅茨風(fēng)機也就是說羅茨風(fēng)機的葉輪有三葉,二葉型根據(jù)字面意思來理解,那就是葉輪的頁數(shù)為二了
工作原理:
三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機與二葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機字面上比較,多了一個葉,將二葉型變?yōu)槿~型,從而將有效容積從兩等分變?yōu)槿确?減少了輸出氣流壓力的脈動,而且排氣腔部分體積通過葉輪間隙回流到進氣腔的氣體流量減少,氣體的擾動減小,氣體的脈動壓力減小,從而使羅茨鼓風(fēng)機的振動減少.兩者之間還有以下的區(qū)別:
(1)在中心距和外圓半徑相同的情況下,圓弧葉型的三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機比兩葉的排量要大.漸開線葉型羅茨鼓風(fēng)機的排量和轉(zhuǎn)子的頭數(shù)沒有關(guān)系.
(2)三葉轉(zhuǎn)子的力學(xué)性能較好,相比于兩葉的可更好地保證葉輪之間及其葉輪和機殼的間隙.
(3)由于葉型特點,三葉脈動比兩葉好,因此*的優(yōu)勢就是:大大降低了震動和噪音,有效降低噪音20分貝以上.
(4)在三葉轉(zhuǎn)子上使用的軸承的壽命比在二葉上使用的長15%左右.
