校準(zhǔn)砝碼常見的等級(jí)是F1級(jí)、F2級(jí)、M1級(jí)、M2級(jí)、E1級(jí)、E2級(jí)，目前在國內(nèi)市場上需要E1級(jí)的砝碼卻是罕見的，常規(guī)的我們的計(jì)量所會(huì)涉及到這一塊的，標(biāo)定電子天平的比較常見的是我們的F1級(jí)和M2等級(jí)的。
在鑄造砝碼的時(shí)候，由于鑄件比較高，采用階梯式澆注系統(tǒng)，徑向引入鐵液，充型平穩(wěn)。直澆口φ80 mm 兩個(gè)，內(nèi)澆道上下兩層各6 道，兩側(cè)開設(shè)。為防止鑄鐵砝碼平板式的鐵液靜壓力及石墨化膨脹引起型腔擴(kuò)大，使石墨化膨脹能充分用于自補(bǔ)縮，鑄型必須有足夠的剛度，因此必須做到：①填砂時(shí)必須舂實(shí); ②砂箱必須有足夠的強(qiáng)度等。
鑄鐵鑄造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼外形要求
①：根據(jù)JJG99-2006《砝碼》檢定規(guī)程對(duì)砝碼的外形要求
②：用目力觀察砝碼表面粗糙度 (刻字地方除外)，表面的斑痕、劃痕不作為表面粗糙度的測量結(jié)果。
③：表面粗糙度的評(píng)估僅適用于大于或等于1g的E等級(jí)、F等級(jí)的砝碼。
④：*檢定和后續(xù)檢定時(shí)，對(duì)砝碼粗糙度僅進(jìn)行目力的檢查。
⑤：各準(zhǔn)確度等級(jí)的砝碼，邊和角應(yīng)修圓，表面不能有銳邊或銳角，和明顯的砂眼，以防止磨損和積灰。
Cast iron standard weight requirements
1. According to the verification regulation of JJG99-2006 weights, the appearance requirements of weights.
2.To observe the surface roughness of the weights with visual force (except for the engraving places), the surface spots and scratches are not taken as the measurement results of the surface roughness.
3. The evaluation of surface roughness is only applicable to the weights of E or F grades greater than or equal to 1g.
4. When the first verification and subsequent verification, only the visual inspection of the roughness of weights is conducted.
5.The weights, edges and angles of each accuracy grade should be trimmed round, and the surface should not have sharp edges or sharp angles, and obvious trachoma to prevent wear and ash accumulation.

M2級(jí)砝碼定義：砝碼由生產(chǎn)廠家出廠檢定且符合JJG99-2006砝碼檢定規(guī)程的砝碼；

2000kg砝碼M2級(jí)誤差：±300g
