結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

雙螺桿泵有密閉式和不密閉式二種種類，按物質(zhì)從一端還是 從兩邊進(jìn)到齒合室內(nèi)空間，單螺桿又被分成雙吸式和單吸式二種構(gòu)造。雙螺桿泵是外齒合的螺桿泵，它運(yùn)用互相齒合，互相觸碰的二根擠出機(jī)螺桿來套弄液體。雙螺桿泵為一種雙吸式非密閉式的雙螺桿泵。一端外伸泵外的積極擠出機(jī)螺桿由傳動(dòng)裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)器。主動(dòng)螺桿與從動(dòng)螺桿具有不同旋向的螺紋。螺桿與泵體緊密貼合。從動(dòng)螺桿是通過同步齒輪由主動(dòng)螺桿帶動(dòng)的。雙螺桿泵作為一種容積式泵，泵內(nèi)吸入室應(yīng)與排出室嚴(yán)密地隔開。因此，泵體與螺桿外圓表面及螺桿與螺桿間隙應(yīng)盡可能小些。同時(shí)螺桿與泵體、螺桿與螺桿間又相互形成密封腔，保證密閉，否則就可能有液體從間隙中倒流回去。雙螺桿泵可分為內(nèi)置軸承和外置軸承兩種形式。在內(nèi)置軸承的結(jié)構(gòu)型式中軸承由輸送物進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑。外置軸承結(jié)構(gòu)的雙螺桿泵工作腔同軸承是分開的。由于這種泵的結(jié)構(gòu)和螺桿間存在的側(cè)間隙，它可以輸送非潤(rùn)滑性介質(zhì)。此外，調(diào)整同步齒輪使得螺桿不接觸，同時(shí)將輸出扭矩的一半傳給從動(dòng)螺桿。正如所有螺桿泵一樣，外置軸承式雙螺桿泵也有自吸能力，而且多數(shù)泵輸送元件本身都是雙吸對(duì)稱布置，可消除軸向力，也有很大的吸高。雙螺桿泵系列產(chǎn)品分為單吸雙螺桿泵和雙吸雙螺桿泵兩大類。該系列產(chǎn)品具有特殊的螺桿型線和與之配套的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，廣泛適用于石油、化工、冶金、鋼鐵、電力、船舶、制藥、食品、建材等各種行業(yè)，其適用介質(zhì)之多、輸送范圍之廣、應(yīng)用工況之復(fù)雜是其它泵類產(chǎn)品*的。

優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、輸送液體平穩(wěn)、無脈動(dòng)、無攪拌、振動(dòng)小、噪音低。

2、有很強(qiáng)的自吸性能，多相混輸時(shí)，含氣率不高于80%，含沙量不高于500g/m3。

3、外置軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，采用獨(dú)立潤(rùn)滑，可以輸送各種非潤(rùn)滑性介質(zhì)。

4、采用同步齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)，二轉(zhuǎn)子之間不接觸，即使短時(shí)間空轉(zhuǎn)也無妨。

5、泵體帶有加熱套，可以輸送各種清潔或含有固體小顆粒的低粘度或高粘度介質(zhì)。

6、正確的選用材料，甚至可以輸送很多有腐蝕性的介質(zhì)。

7、雙吸式結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)子上沒有軸向力。

8、軸端采用機(jī)械密封或波紋管機(jī)械密封，具有壽命長(zhǎng)、泄漏少、適用范圍廣的特點(diǎn)。

應(yīng)用：

1、油田：用作油、氣、水、微量細(xì)小固相顆粒等多相混輸泵及原油輸送泵。

2、造般業(yè)：用作船用裝載泵，船底掃艙及污水處理，主機(jī)潤(rùn)滑泵，燃料油泵。

3、石油化學(xué)工業(yè) ：用作各種樹脂、顏料、石蠟、油漆、油墨、乳膠、各種油品、原油、重油等裝載和運(yùn)輸泵。

4、熱電廠：用作重油、原油輸送泵，主機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油泵。
