該系列自動(dòng)定量包裝秤主要構(gòu)成部件有：進(jìn)料機(jī)構(gòu)、稱重機(jī)構(gòu)、氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)、除塵機(jī)構(gòu)、電控部分等組成的一體化自動(dòng)包裝系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)備通常用于固體顆粒狀物料以及粉末狀物料進(jìn)行快速、恒量的敞口袋定量稱重包裝，如大米、豆業(yè)、奶粉、飲料、金屬粉末、塑料顆粒及各種化工原料。

2、整機(jī)除機(jī)架外其余均為304不銹鋼制成，能夠適用于腐蝕性化工原料；

3、集中除塵，車間無(wú)粉塵污染，殘料清洗方便，可用水沖洗；

4、氣動(dòng)夾袋器，密封性好，大小可進(jìn)抵，能夠適應(yīng)多種尺寸包裝袋；

5、可選喂料方式：雙螺旋、雙振動(dòng)、雙速自由落料；

6、加配皮帶輸送機(jī)、縫包機(jī)、折邊機(jī)或熱合機(jī)等可以成為成套包裝系統(tǒng)。
