自動(dòng)開囊取粉機(jī)是一臺(tái)將已充填藥粉但不合格的硬膠囊進(jìn)行剔帽自動(dòng)分離，對(duì)膠囊內(nèi)的藥粉、顆粒進(jìn)行回收的機(jī)器。

自動(dòng)開囊取料機(jī)適用于將已充填粉但不合格的硬膠囊進(jìn)行剔帽自動(dòng)分離，對(duì)膠囊內(nèi)的藥粉進(jìn)行回收。適用于對(duì)00#~4#膠囊進(jìn)行藥物回收工作。既時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，既時(shí)處理。避免了已往在集中處理時(shí)藥物混批問題。

KNQ-800A 自動(dòng)開囊取料機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

（1）本機(jī)符合GMP規(guī)范，工作效率高；

（2）本機(jī)采用模擬人工拔囊原理進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，可以避免其他類似設(shè)備利用刀切原理易產(chǎn)生膠囊碎片的弊端；

由水平拔叉推入分離裝置，分離刀片分別卡住膠囊體、帽兩端，膠囊順著軌道前移至*分離

從充填膠囊導(dǎo)槽進(jìn)入膠囊，被水平分離裝置推入分叉并隨著膠囊逐漸向前移動(dòng)，分離刀片的分離裝置卡在膠囊體上，膠囊的帽蓋兩端有刀片。形成沿外片型軌跡向前，直至囊體、帽蓋*分離。

Work Principle
