原理 Principles
具有分散作用的風機,特別適合熱敏性物料的氣流干燥作業(yè)。高速飛旋的風機葉輪,能把濕的、甚至結塊的物料解碎,直至分散,在分散過程中同時攪拌、混合,然后物料和熱氣流平行地流動。這種類型的設備,適應干燥濾餅結塊的,但還屬于表面水份的物料,含濕量≤40%,如果處理量大或者成品要求干至15%以下時,可采用二級氣流干燥。當物料含濕量超過40%,但<60%時,進料較困難,應采用混料器,通過混進干料的方法以降低進料水份,此時,干燥設備的總產(chǎn)量就有較大幅度的下降,這在經(jīng)濟上是不合算的。因此,用戶應先用機械的方法(離心脫水或壓濾)盡可能的降低進料水份,以確保干燥作業(yè)上的順利進行。

Whenthe moisture content of the material exceeds 40%, but is less than or equal to 60%, itis more difficult to feed. A mixer should be used to reduce the moisture content of thefeed by mixing dry materials. At this time. the total outout of the drving eauipment wll be greatly reduced, which is uneconomical, Thereforeusers should first use mechanical methods (centrifugal dehydration or pressure flktration) to reduce the feed water as much as possible toensure the smooth progress of drving operations.
