一、酵母真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾機(jī)簡(jiǎn)介
酵母真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾機(jī)是我公司在不斷總結(jié)客戶(hù)單位使用的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上持續(xù)完善，吸收國(guó)外的技術(shù)，結(jié)合我公司生產(chǎn)的淀粉真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾機(jī)的合理結(jié)構(gòu)，自主研制開(kāi)發(fā)的酵母專(zhuān)用JM型真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾機(jī)，本機(jī)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、自動(dòng)操作、過(guò)濾速度快、濾液澄清度高、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠、維修方便，式一種理想的酵母液脫水設(shè)備，可替代國(guó)外同類(lèi)進(jìn)口設(shè)備。

二、工作原理
酵母真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾機(jī)工作原理與一般真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過(guò)濾機(jī)基本相同，主要區(qū)別在于轉(zhuǎn)鼓無(wú)格室，濾室不分腔，過(guò)濾前必須進(jìn)行過(guò)濾介質(zhì)（如馬鈴薯淀粉）的預(yù)涂，由預(yù)涂層和不銹鋼濾布共同完成過(guò)濾。在真空抽吸作用下，轉(zhuǎn)鼓外表面逐漸吸上所需要的預(yù)涂層厚度，然后注入被過(guò)濾的酵母液，在真空抽下作用下，開(kāi)始過(guò)濾。液體被吸入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)通道被抽走，懸浮液中的酵母被吸附在預(yù)涂層表面，機(jī)械刮刀自動(dòng)進(jìn)給，不斷刮去酵母濾餅，距轉(zhuǎn)鼓表面5-6mm時(shí)，刮刀自動(dòng)停止進(jìn)給，然后退刀，重新預(yù)涂，進(jìn)入下一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。
