ZHJ-100 多功能自動(dòng)裝盒機(jī)
HDZ-120C多功能自動(dòng)裝盒機(jī)是我公司積多年開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)藥品包裝機(jī)械的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品之優(yōu)點(diǎn)，以國(guó)內(nèi)藥品生產(chǎn)行業(yè)的期望和需求為依據(jù)，自行開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的一種能滿足多行業(yè)、多種類的固體物品的鋁塑（鋁鋁）版自動(dòng)裝盒機(jī)的新型包裝設(shè)備。
性能特點(diǎn)：
1、該機(jī)集光、機(jī)、電、氣為一體。機(jī)械部分采用高質(zhì)量、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、定位精度高的伺服電機(jī)拖動(dòng)，皮帶傳動(dòng)，不用任何潤(rùn)滑油；
2、紙盒展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)采用齒輪傳動(dòng)、行星輪工作原理，電機(jī)—帶輪連續(xù)驅(qū)動(dòng)、真空吸盒、程序控制、實(shí)現(xiàn)吸盒、拉出、隨機(jī)展開(kāi)、置入工位功能；
3、調(diào)整方便，更換紙盒尺寸調(diào)節(jié)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便。
4、機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)高速、真空受控、時(shí)間可調(diào)，優(yōu)于國(guó)產(chǎn)其它類型同類機(jī)構(gòu)，屬自行設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)用新型機(jī)構(gòu)。
5、方單自動(dòng)折疊，藥盒自動(dòng)打開(kāi)，藥版和方單自動(dòng)入盒。紙盒上打印批號(hào)（鋼字和噴碼兩種可供選擇）檢測(cè)齊全可靠，空盒剔除，成品輸出。

HDZ-120C Multi-functional Cartoner Machine
HDZ-120C multi-functional cartoner is a new packaging machine for solid Al/PVC or Al/Al blisters cartoner, which is developed and designed by ourselves according to our years experiences and expectations and requirements of leechdom industry, absorbing the excellence of same machines China and abroad.
Characteristics:
1. This machine integrates mechanic, electric, optic and pneumatic technology into a consummate system, driving by servo motor which with high quality, stable running and exact orientation, strap transmission, no need any lubricant;
2. Outspread of box adopts gear transmission, planet wheel work principle, driving continuously by motor, vacuum sucks box, program control, which realize the functions of box sucking, drawing out and outspread and put into positions etc;
3. Easy to adjust when change box size;
4. Simple structure, stable and high speed running, vacuum controlled, adjustable time which is better in China, is our new self-designed patent mechanism;
5. Manual sheet fold automatically, box open automatically and manual sheet and box encasing automatically too. Lot number printing on box (steel letter or ink spray), credible checking system, eliminate empty box and finished products export.
