產(chǎn)的需要。

press machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical
industry, also can be used in the chemical, food,
electronic, commodity etc.
ZPYG series and high-speed rotary presser is
upgrading of the high-speed presser, rich production
Cui - check and innovative design concept,
satisfy the mass production needs.

1）符合藥品生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量管理的G M P標(biāo)
準(zhǔn)，與藥品接觸部件均采用不銹鋼或經(jīng)表面特
殊處理，無毒耐腐蝕。
2）配有強(qiáng)迫加料裝置，確保加料精度。
3）壓力大，預(yù)壓力連續(xù)可調(diào)，延長了壓
制時間，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，可壓制難以成形物料，并
確保片重?zé)o差異。
4）壓片室360°，出片機(jī)構(gòu)、下軌
導(dǎo)及下壓輪均采用特殊安裝方式，便于操作、
拆裝和清潔。
5）特殊的防油和防塵系統(tǒng)，避免了塞
沖，裝有斷沖保護(hù)裝置，一旦斷沖機(jī)器自動停
止，充分確保安全性。
6）采用高清晰、隔離視窗視計及P L C和
人機(jī)界面控制，操作直觀簡便。
7）模具采用IPT或GB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

is using Stainless steel,non-toxic and corrosion.
2）It’s equipped with forced feeding device,
ensure the feeding precision.
3）High pressure,the-pressure is consecutively
adjustable, which extends the pressing duration.
The machine runs smoothly and could press the
materials difficult to mould to mould. Ensure each
medical no difference in the weight.
4）The tablet pressing chamber is dead angle
free for 360°, special installation means are
adopted for the tablet discharging mechanism,
the under guide track and under roller, It’s convenient
to operate, dismantle and clean.
5）The special oil-resistant and dustproof system，
ａnd has increased thd damp structure. Ensure
safety.
6）An independent view window wi th high
definition is designed for thd machine.Controlled
by PLC and man-machine, and it’s simple to operate
ａnd intuitionistic.
