概述:
我公司在吸收技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行改進(jìn)、優(yōu)化設(shè)計的楔型空心槳葉干燥機(jī),可對膏狀、顆粒狀、粉狀、漿狀物料間接加熱或冷卻,可完成干燥、冷卻、加熱、滅菌、反應(yīng)、低溫峻燒等單元操作。設(shè)備中特殊的楔型攪拌傳熱獎葉,具有較高的傳熱效率和傳熱面自清潔功能??招妮S上密集排列著楔型中空槳葉,熱介質(zhì)經(jīng)空心軸流經(jīng)獎葉。單位有效容積內(nèi)傳熱面積很大,熱介質(zhì)溫度從-40C到320C,可以是水蒸汽,也可以是液體型:如熱水、導(dǎo)熱油等。間接傳導(dǎo)加熱,沒有攜帶空氣帶走熱量,熱量均用來加熱物料。熱量損失僅為通過器體保溫層向環(huán)境的散熱。楔型槳葉傳熱面具有自清潔功能。物料顆粒與楔型面的相對運(yùn)動產(chǎn)生洗刷作用,能夠洗刷掉模型面上附著物料,使運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中一直保持著清潔的傳熱面。獎葉干燥機(jī)的殼體為W型,殼體內(nèi)一般安排二到四根空心攪拌軸。殼體有密封端蓋與上蓋,防止物料粉塵外泄及收集物料溶劑蒸汽。出料口處設(shè)置一擋扳,保證料位高度,使傳熱面被物料覆蓋而充分發(fā)揮作用。熱介質(zhì)通過旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭,流經(jīng)殼體夾套及空心攪拌軸,空心攪拌軸依據(jù)熱介質(zhì)的類型而具有不同的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),以保證的傳熱效果。
On the basis of absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, our company has improved and optimized the wedge-shaped hollow blade dryer, which can indirectly heat or cool paste, granular, powdery and slury materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction and low-temperature calcination. The special wedge-shaped stiring heat transfer blade in the equipment has high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of heat transfer surface. Wedge-shaped hollow blades are densely aranged on the holow shat, and the heat medium passes through the blades through the hollow axial flow. The heat transfer area per unit effective volume is very large, and the temperature of the heat medium ranges from -40 to 320'C, which can be steam or liquid, such as hot water and heat transfer oil. Indirect conduction heating, without carrying air to take away heat, heat is used to heat materials. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation to the environment through the insulation laver of the device body. The heat transter surtace of wedae blade has sel-cleaning funcion. The relative motion beween the material particles ano the wedoe-shaped surace produces a scrubbing effect which can wash of the attached materials on the wedae-shaped surface and keep a clean heat transter surface during operation. The shell of the blade drver is W-shaped. and two to four holow stirino shafts are generally aranged in the shel. The shell has a sealed end cover and an upper cover to prevent material dust from leaking out and colect material solvent vapor. A bale is arranged at the discharge port to ensure the height of the material level, so that the heat transfer surface is covered by the materia and fully plavs its role. The heat medium flows through the shel iacket and the holow stiring shaft through the rotarv ioint and the holow stiring shaft has diterent interna structures accoroina to the te ot heat medum to ensure the best heat transfer effect.
原理:
干化機(jī)主要由夾套,單軸轉(zhuǎn)子和傳動裝置組成。固廢通過夾套,空心軸和軸上焊接的空心盤片的熱傳到被間接加熱干化。盤片對固廢沒有切割,而是通過盤片邊緣的推進(jìn)攪拌器的作用,對固廢進(jìn)行攪拌,不斷更新干化面,從而實現(xiàn)干化的目的。
The drving machine is mainly composed of iacket, sinale shaft rotor and transmission device. The solid waste passes through the jacket holow shaft and heat transfer from the hollow disc welded to the shaf to be indirectly heated and dried. The disc does not cut solid waste but mixes solid waste by pushing the agitator on the edge of the disc, and constantly updates the drying surface, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.

槳葉干化機(jī)已成功地用于食品、化工、石化、染料、工業(yè)固廢等領(lǐng)域。設(shè)備傳熱、冷卻、攪拌的特性使之可以完成以下單元操作:燃燒(低溫)、冷卻、干燥(溶劑回收)、加熱(融化)、反應(yīng)和滅菌。攪拌槳葉同時又是傳熱面,使單位有效容積內(nèi)傳熱面積增大,縮短了處理時間。楔型槳葉傳熱面又具有自清潔功能。壓縮-膨脹攪拌功能使物料混和均勻。物料沿軸向成“活塞流”運(yùn)動,在軸向區(qū)間內(nèi),物料的溫度、濕度、混合度梯度很小。用導(dǎo)熱油做熱介質(zhì),槳葉干化機(jī)可完成低溫燃燒工作。如:二水硫酸鈣(Ca,SO.·2HO)燃燒轉(zhuǎn)化為半水硫酸鈣(Ca,SO,·1/2HO),(NaHCO,)經(jīng)燃燒轉(zhuǎn)化為純堿(Na,CO,)等。通入冷卻介質(zhì),如水、冷卻鹽水等即可用來冷卻。如:使用于純堿行業(yè)的槳葉式?jīng)鰤A機(jī),取代老式的空氣冷卻涼堿機(jī),節(jié)省了能源及尾氣處理設(shè)備,降低了操作費(fèi)用。干燥,設(shè)備最主要的功能,不使用熱空氣,使溶劑回收、能源消耗、環(huán)境控制處于易處理的理想狀態(tài)。對需回收溶劑、易燃易氧化熱敏性物料尤為適應(yīng)。已廣泛用于精細(xì)化工、石化、染料行業(yè)。軸向區(qū)間內(nèi),溫度、濕度、混合度的均勻性,使得設(shè)備可用來加熱或融化,或進(jìn)行一些固體物料反應(yīng)。在復(fù)合肥及變性粉行業(yè)均已成功使用。槳葉干化機(jī)可用來對食物和面粉進(jìn)行滅菌處理。單位有效容積內(nèi)大的加熱面積,很快就將物料加熱到滅菌溫度,避免了長時間加熱而改變物料品質(zhì)。

Cooling medium. such as water and cooling brine, can be used for cooling. For example, the paddle-type alkali cooler used in soda industry replaces the old air-cooled alkali cooler, saving energy and tail gas treatment equipment and reducing operating costs. Drying, the main function of the equipment, does not use hot air, so that solvent recovery, energy consumption and environmental control are in an ideal state of easy treatment. It is especially suitable for flammable and easily oxidized heat-sensitive materials that need to recover solvents. It has been widely used in fine chemical industry, petrochemical industry and dye industry. In the axial range, the uniformity of temperature, humidity and mixing degree makes the equipment can be used for heating or melting, or for some solid material reactions. lt has been successfully used in compound fertilizer and modified powder industries. The paddle dryer can be used to sterilize food and flour. The large heating area per unit effective volume can quickly heat the material to the sterilization temperature, thus avoiding changing the quality of the material due to long-term heating.
