用途及特點：
本機是一種新型的立式攪拌機，它由攪拌盤、出料口、攪拌臂、機架、齒輪箱包以及傳動機構組成，其特征是減速機輸出軸端帶動攪拌主軸，使其運轉,攪拌軸上有固定的攪拌齒,攪拌軸帶動攪齒使物料充分攪拌混合。該攪拌機壽命長、節(jié)能省電、體積小、攪拌速度快、可連續(xù)不斷工作。該機主要用于原料的混合。盤內可選用內襯聚丙烯板或不銹鋼板，不易粘料，耐磨損。并且采用擺線針輪減速機，使其具有結構緊湊、操作方便、攪拌均勻、卸料輸送方便等特點。

The inside can be lined with polypropylene plate or stainless steel plate. It is not easy to stick material and wear resistance. 結構簡述
整機可分為三大部分：
1.機架部分：機器工作體安裝固定在機架上，該機的機架均采用優(yōu)碳鋼板、槽鋼焊接而成，并通過了嚴格的產(chǎn)品工藝要求，已達到本機所使用的目的；
2.傳動連接部分：本機采用擺線針輪減速機帶動主軸旋轉工作，其主機工作部分均采用尼龍柱銷是傳動連接器相齒和傳遞驅動，方便組裝與維修；
3.攪拌工作部分：由傳動輪通過柱銷聯(lián)軸器傳至主軸。將物料在攪拌室內均勻的翻轉，使物料能得到的混合，從而大大的減少了物料的殘留量。
