LNJP系列射流粉碎分級(jí)機(jī)是我公司針對(duì)產(chǎn)品粒度較粗，有特定粒度段要求、成品率要求高的產(chǎn)品而開(kāi)發(fā)的一種全新粉碎分級(jí)機(jī)(產(chǎn)品)，該機(jī)型主要具有成品率高、能耗低、粒度均勻穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)勢(shì)。廣泛用于玻璃微珠、金屬硅粉、石墨粉(電池負(fù)極材料)的生產(chǎn)。
◆采用我公司流能技術(shù)研究所開(kāi)發(fā)的流體力學(xué)軟件，計(jì)算出*合適的流場(chǎng)，*理想的壓力分布來(lái)指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)，噴流能的充分利用及粉碎強(qiáng)度控制技術(shù)，極大的提高了粉碎效率，降低了能耗，過(guò)粉碎?。?/span>
◆成品率高：該設(shè)備與目前市場(chǎng)上常規(guī)的磨粉機(jī)相比，成品率提高了8-15個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
◆能耗低：裝機(jī)功率小、單位能耗低，比常規(guī)氣流磨低40%；
◆耐磨性好：二次風(fēng)采用專(zhuān)門(mén)的設(shè)計(jì)，使二次進(jìn)風(fēng)全段面均勻流，保持清洗流場(chǎng)均勻穩(wěn)定，大大的降低了磨損。
