工作原理
氣動雙隔膜泵采用壓縮空氣、氮氣或天然氣作為動力。主定向(氣動)控制閥將壓縮空氣分配至氣體腔室,向隔膜的內(nèi)表面上施加均勻壓力。同時排出的氣體從泵另一側后方通過氣閥組件導向端口排出。氣動雙隔膜泵內(nèi)腔氣體壓力超過液體腔壓力,隔膜連桿來回移動,在一側進行排放,在另一側進行吸入。排放和吸入液體的方向由止回閥(球閥或片狀閥)的方向控制。吸入行程使泵執(zhí)行吸入。吸入行程可降低艙室壓力,增加腔室體積。從而生成大氣壓力壓差,推動液體經(jīng)過吸入管道,穿過吸入側止回閥,流入外部液體腔。吸入側行程還可啟動泵的往復(移位、行程或循環(huán))運動。氣動雙隔膜泵通過行程機械拉動吸入隔膜的移動氣動雙隔膜泵的內(nèi)板與對準的驅(qū)動柱塞發(fā)生接觸,移動導向閥芯。導向閥激活后,便向主定向氣閥的另一端發(fā)出壓力信號,氣動雙隔膜泵使壓縮空氣方向改向內(nèi)部腔室的另一側如此反復運動完成介質(zhì)的連續(xù)輸送。

Working principle
