一、產(chǎn)品概述Product Overview

液壓安全閥是安裝呼吸閥儲(chǔ)罐上配置的安全閥門(mén)，當(dāng)呼吸閥出現(xiàn)故障或不能有效啟動(dòng)，儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)外壓力失去平衡超過(guò)規(guī)定值，液壓安全閥將自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)工作，保護(hù)儲(chǔ)罐不被破壞；與呼吸閥配套使用，有著雙保險(xiǎn)保護(hù)儲(chǔ)罐作用；液壓安全閥應(yīng)與同規(guī)格阻火器配套，特別適應(yīng)北方寒冷氣候地區(qū)使用，廣泛應(yīng)用于油田、石化廠、油庫(kù)等儲(chǔ)存原油、汽油、煤油、柴油、芳烴等液體介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)罐。

二、主要用途Main Use

1、液壓安全閥是（活瓣式）呼吸閥的安全備用設(shè)備，它的吸氣和呼氣的動(dòng)作壓力略高于（活瓣式）呼吸閥，在呼吸閥一旦失靈或在冬季其活瓣凍結(jié)時(shí)，液壓安全閥的液封即被破壞從而保護(hù)油罐免遭破壞。

2、液壓安全閥裝于油罐頂部與呼吸閥配合使用。

3、控制壓力：+200毫米水柱至~-45毫米水柱。

三、安裝事項(xiàng)Installation Item

1、液壓安全閥應(yīng)示意圖進(jìn)行安裝，保證安全閥對(duì)接合管法蘭垂直，垂直度允差應(yīng)小于50。

2、安裝液壓安全閥之前，先對(duì)液壓安全閥進(jìn)行檢查，用溶劑洗擦灰塵和其它粘性物質(zhì)；

3、液壓安全閥安裝的法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及壓力如下：PN0.6MPa.JB78-59。

4、液壓安全閥安裝完畢后，摘下閥罩，在集油槽內(nèi)注入變壓器油，保持液面與溢流管頂平。

四、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)Maintenance

1、設(shè)備保養(yǎng)人員在儲(chǔ)罐每次收或發(fā)作業(yè)前應(yīng)認(rèn)真檢查液壓安全閥的油位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，及時(shí)補(bǔ)油；

2、一般一年應(yīng)清洗一次液壓安全閥的集油槽并更換新的液壓油。

3、為確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全，注入的液壓油油位尺顯示不可大于60mm。

4、至少三個(gè)月檢查一下阻火器，將阻火器網(wǎng)上的灰塵及鐵銹清除清洗干凈，避免阻火網(wǎng)堵塞，造成液壓安全閥失效，儲(chǔ)罐被抽癟事故發(fā)生。
