工作原理：
設(shè)備粉碎腔內(nèi)安裝一動(dòng)一靜兩個(gè)粉碎盤(pán)，每個(gè)粉碎盤(pán)上裝有數(shù)十個(gè)粉碎柱，互相交錯(cuò)，動(dòng)盤(pán)在電機(jī)的帶動(dòng)下高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，粉碎柱產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的沖擊力，顆粒狀物料落入粉碎腔后就會(huì)在粉碎柱的沖擊作用下細(xì)化，最終從內(nèi)部擋圈下部的缺口處出料。
working principle:
Two crushing discs are installed in the crushing cavity of the equipment. Each crushing disc is equipped with dozens of crushing columns, which are staggered with each other. The moving disc rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor. After entering the crushing cavity, it will be refined under the impact of the crushing column, and finally discharged from the gap at the lower part of the inner retaining ring.

設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：

1.   利用了“機(jī)械沖擊”的原理，處理量相對(duì)較高，能耗低，且不易積料，清洗方便。
2.   沖擊磨損部位全部工程陶瓷防護(hù)，從而滿(mǎn)足多數(shù)高新材料避免金屬雜質(zhì)污染要求（關(guān)鍵部位包括粉碎柱、擋圈等）。
3.   可作為氣流粉碎、機(jī)械粉碎等細(xì)粉碎設(shè)備的前道預(yù)處理裝置，也可更換不銹鋼篩網(wǎng)或配合振動(dòng)篩生產(chǎn)最終產(chǎn)品；根據(jù)物料性質(zhì)，可靈活選擇單機(jī)間歇式使用或配合后道收料設(shè)備連續(xù)式使用。

2. All impact wear parts are protected by engineering ceramics to meet the requirements of most high-tech materials to avoid metal impurity contamination (the key parts include crushing columns and retaining rings, etc.).
3. It can be used as the front pretreatment device of fine crushing equipment such as air flow crushing and mechanical crushing. It can also replace the stainless steel screen or cooperate with the vibrating screen to produce the final product; according to the material properties, it can be flexibly selected for single-machine intermittent use or combined with the subsequent collection for continuous use of material equipment.
