槳葉干燥機(jī)屬間接傳導(dǎo)加熱型干燥設(shè)備，適合于處理膏糊狀、粉狀、粒狀等熱穩(wěn)定性較好的物料，經(jīng)過特殊配置后，可以用于處理熱敏性物料和用于干燥過程中需回收溶劑及需在低真空下干燥的物料。同時(shí)，槳葉干燥機(jī)還可以通入冷卻介質(zhì)用于粉、粒體物料的冷卻及某些特殊物料的冷卻結(jié)晶。該機(jī)還可以通入加熱介質(zhì)用于物料的加熱及需加熱反應(yīng)的反應(yīng)器。

Paddle dryer is an indirect conducted heating type drying equipment. It is suitable for the processing of paste, powder, granular and other materials with good thermal stability. After special configuration, it can be used for the processing of heat sensitive materials; materials need recovery of solvents and materials to be dried under low vacuum. At the same time, the paddle dryer can be used for cooling powder, granular and crystallization material by cooling medium. The paddle dryer also can be used for heating of the material and reactor.

適應(yīng)物料 Application

氧化鋁粉體及載體、石膏、聚丙烯、工業(yè)污泥、城市污泥、、淀粉、炭黑、粉煤等。

Alumina powder and carrier, gypsum, polypropylene, industrial sludge, municipal sludge, potassium chloride, starch, carbon black, pulverized coal and so on.
