全自動(dòng)臥式拉鏈袋制袋機(jī)

1.      本機(jī)采用*的中國臺灣威倫觸摸顯示器，*的PLC電腦程序，采用伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，自動(dòng)糾偏控制程序。具有自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)、斷料自動(dòng)停機(jī)、電眼跟蹤任意長度、失效自動(dòng)報(bào)警、放料采用光電糾偏、磁粉張力控制等。

2.      整機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速。具有自動(dòng)放料、折底、燙刀熱合、點(diǎn)斷、打孔、超聲波焊燙點(diǎn)、振動(dòng)盤高速自動(dòng)上拉頭、硅膠板出料等功能。

3.      本機(jī)具有臥式燙拉鏈和自動(dòng)上拉鏈頭兩大特點(diǎn)，拉鏈燙合更加穩(wěn)定、機(jī)器高速穿拉鏈頭效率更高，節(jié)省人工和物力。
