設(shè)備主要用于金屬材料、航空器材及船舶配件等實(shí)驗(yàn)室加速模擬海洋氣候條件測(cè)試,設(shè)備內(nèi)箱由具有耐腐蝕性的純鈦板制作,外箱采用不銹鋼板烤漆制作;保溫層采用玻璃纖維棉+聚氨酯硬質(zhì)發(fā)泡膠制作,具有耐腐蝕性能和保溫性能。設(shè)備具有高溫、低溫、濕熱、干燥、鹽水噴霧等多個(gè)功能,可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)循環(huán)控制或單一功能控制,操作簡(jiǎn)單,數(shù)據(jù)化管理。控制系統(tǒng)采用西門子PLC+西門子溫度模塊+人機(jī)界面制作而成,自主開發(fā)控制系統(tǒng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)手機(jī)APP遠(yuǎn)程操作控制、USB接口可連接U盤記錄試驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù),可連接以太網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺(tái)設(shè)備同步控制。
