德國(guó)萊克lik減壓閥是采用控制閥體內(nèi)的啟閉件的開度來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)的流量,將介質(zhì)的壓力降低,同時(shí)借助閥后壓力的作用調(diào)節(jié)啟閉件的開度,使閥后壓力保持在一定范圍內(nèi),并在閥體內(nèi)或閥后噴入冷卻水,將介質(zhì)的溫度降低,這種閥門稱為減壓減溫閥。該閥的特點(diǎn),是在進(jìn)口壓力不斷變化的情況下,保持出口聽壓力和溫度值在一定的范圍內(nèi)。
德國(guó)萊克lik減壓閥廣泛用于高層建筑、城市給水管網(wǎng)水壓過(guò)高的區(qū)域、礦井及其他場(chǎng)合,以保證給水系統(tǒng)中各用水點(diǎn)獲得適當(dāng)?shù)姆?wù)水壓和流量。鑒于水的漏失率和浪費(fèi)程度幾乎同給水系統(tǒng)的水壓大小成正比,因此減壓閥具有改善系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行工況和潛在節(jié)水作用,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)其節(jié)水效果約為30%。

減壓閥通常有DN50~DN100等多種規(guī)格,閥前、后的工作壓力分別為<1MPa和0.1~0.5MPa,調(diào)壓范圍誤差為±5%~10%。

6. 為了操作、調(diào)整和維修的方便,減壓閥一般應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上。
