TBJ-100適用于制藥、食品、飲料、日化、化工等圓瓶的貼標(biāo)，貼標(biāo)采用滾貼方式，配制自動送瓶和收瓶裝置，一次完成放瓶、貼標(biāo)及收瓶程序，還可配備印字機(jī)，同步完成標(biāo)簽打印，本機(jī)采用電腦光纖控制，同步追蹤，出標(biāo)由互感步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制，確保出標(biāo)速度與卷瓶速度同步。此機(jī)還具有有瓶貼標(biāo)、無瓶不送標(biāo)、不貼標(biāo)之功能。
The-TBJ-100is applicable for attaching label on round bottles in pharmacy. Food, drinks , daily chemical necessities ,and chemical industry and so on .It adopts the rolling style to attach labels. It is equipped with auto-delivering and auto-collecting installation ,so it can accomplish the procedure of bottle-setting ,label-attaching and bottle-collecting at one time . It can be also equipped with lettering machine ,so it can finish the label-printing synchronically. The machine is controlled by computer optical fiber, so it can make synchronical track. The label-output is controlled by mutual walking electric machinery ,ensuing the output speed in pace with the bottle-collecting speed.
