本聯(lián)動線設(shè)計(jì)由Y -CP供瓶機(jī),Y -CS灌裝加塞機(jī),Y-XZ軋蓋機(jī),Y-TB貼標(biāo)機(jī)組成,可完成理瓶,供瓶，灌裝，上塞，上蓋，軋蓋,貼標(biāo)等工序。

This compact line consists of Y.GP feeding machine,Y-GS flling and stoppering machine ,Yv-ZX capping machine , Y.TB labeling machine . this production line can finish following step, vial arrangedin-feeding ,
fllig , stoppering , covering , capping , labeling process.

結(jié)構(gòu)特征:
自動理瓶- -灌裝- +加塞- →壓塞→上蓋- 軋蓋- + 貼標(biāo)一+送入下道工藝。裝量精準(zhǔn),無滴漏,不起泡,不飛濺。運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,噪音小,破平率低,成品合格率高。封蓋頭高度可調(diào),以適應(yīng)不同高度瓶子;貼標(biāo)精準(zhǔn)，標(biāo)紙高度可根據(jù)瓶子高度調(diào)整。
