德國KAYSEN凱森進口潛水深井泵概述：
1、潛水深井泵為離心式或混流式；采用水潤滑軸承；與電機的聯(lián)接采用聯(lián)軸器剛性聯(lián)接。深井泵葉輪在電機帶動下旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力，使液體能量增加經(jīng)泵殼的導流作用進行提水。在水泵上端設有逆止閥體，防止電泵停機時，因揚水管中倒流的水損壞工作部件。閥上有泄水孔，可將管路中的水緩緩放掉，防止冬天凍裂管路。 (注：低揚程潛水泵不設逆止閥體)
2、潛水深井泵的電機為密閉充水濕式結(jié)構(gòu)。電機定子繞組采用耐水的聚乙烯絕緣，尼龍護套多層結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁線。導軸承及推力軸承均采用水潤滑材質(zhì)。電機內(nèi)部充滿清水，用以冷卻電機和潤滑軸承。電機底部裝有調(diào)壓膜，用以調(diào)整由電機溫升引起的機體內(nèi)清水的脹縮壓差。電機的上端軸上裝有防砂機構(gòu)，用來阻止水中泥砂進入機體內(nèi)部。
3、潛水深井泵的管路部分：用以聯(lián)接電泵使其吊裝在機井中，將水輸送到地面上去。主要由短輸水管、輸水管、彎管、夾板等部件組成。短輸出管是輸水管路與電泵的連接過渡部件。彎管安裝在井口處，以改變水流的傳送方向。夾板是在深井泵的安裝過程中吊裝和固定輸出管路。
